How to order our products?

● If you can not find your local distributor, you can order our products directly on our website. The first time you order online, you will be asked to create an account. Please just simply follow the instructions as described below:

Step-1: Create a new account on our website.

Step-2: Select appropriate antibody for the planned experiments and add it to your shopping cart.

Step-3: Confirm the ordering information and then complete the checkout process.

Step-4: Click 'Submit Order', and you will receive an e-mail reply from us within 24hours.

What information is required for my order?

● Catalogue numbers of the products you wish to order.

● Quantity&Size

● Billing and Shipping address

● Email and Telephone number

● Payment Methods (PO#, Credit Cards or Bank Transfer)

How can I pay?

Wire Transfer (preferred) or Credit Card (VISA and Master Card)

-Purchase Order Number (PO#). Net 30 days. A 2.0% finance charge will be added to past due invoices.

How much are the shipping and handling charges?

- $120 USD for most International Countries.

If you would like us to use your own FedEx account for the shipping cost, make sure to state your FedEx account number on your order. We do not have access to information on the freight cost for customers who use their own FedEx account, this cost is dependent on the customers’ individual contract with FedEx. 

How do I know if my order has been received and processed?

Whether you choose to order via our online website, email, fax or telephone, We will notify you via email or telephone of your order status. We will notify you again with a FedEx tracking number when your item was shipped.

What is the lead time of an order?

For International destination, you should receive your items within 3-5 days from the time you receive your order shipping confirmation (it may takes longer depending on the countries and custom delays)
